Improve the dataset workflow - Simplify dataset modifications
The workflow for datasets isn't ideal either. My problem is that when I want to change a dataset, I can’t simply click on it and select a new one, or edit it using the pencil icon. I have to delete it first and then create a new one. Especially when you want to change trades, for example, and there are several pins in front of you, this can be very time-consuming. You don’t always want to delete, change, and assign a new one right away; it should work more efficiently. What’s good is that I can assign multiple trades.

Template pins are being deleted too quickly
The templates T1, T2, and T3 are currently being deleted very quickly. As soon as the program appears to close, the templates may already be gone. I would like to see the templates saved for much longer. They can stay there until they’re overwritten. It would also be cool if the templates could then be transferred to another project. Just like photos, the datasets could simply be deleted if they don’t exist in the other project.

I'm trying to describe what happens time and again when you create tasks. When creating tasks, the title field opens immediately for editing. Here, you often have to click several times to get to the end of the selected text so you can delete it. (Of course, deleting from the end removes the text.) To navigate to a specific spot within the text—for example, just to change the top number—requires at least two clicks, provided the preceding point is recognized. This is because step 1 is necessary just to get to that spot in the text. I don’t know if there’s a better way to program this, but it’s just a bit tedious and time-consuming sometimes Then you’re prompted to save in the top right or close on the left. If you click Save, the task is created and closed immediately. The assignment is then automatically set to yourself. To change this, the task must be reopened, which not only ensures that the creation process isn’t smooth. It would make more sense if there were not just an X here, but a checkmark that takes you back to the task creation screen. And the “Done” button is too prominent. You keep accidentally clicking it. Once all tasks associated with a pin have been completed, a quick "Close Pin" action (or, optionally, an automatic suggestion) should be available. → Reduces manual steps, keeps projects organized, and helps users close completed items more quickly.

When working with complex, color-intensive plans on a daily basis, it can be difficult to see the pins clearly because the plan itself is so visually dominant. It would be helpful if the transparency of the plan could be adjusted to push it slightly into the background and make the pins stand out more. A simple setting, such as a slider, would suffice here and significantly improve the overview.

When you have a lot of columns in a dataset, entering data becomes very cumbersome. It would be helpful if I could filter by columns or hide columns that I don’t need right now. It would also be helpful if I could reorder them using drag and drop.

Adjusting the order of photos before uploading
As a user, I would like to be able to manually control the order of photos during a bulk upload. Here’s why: We upload a mix of images from thermal cameras and regular cameras. However, these should always alternate. If they are uploaded all at once, the order doesn’t work out.
