Optimize user management - remove users

Description of the request:

License management should be expanded to allow better control over users and their access. A key requirement is the ability to remove users who have left the company or no longer require access.

Functional requirements:

• Ability to remove or deactivate users from license management

• Clear overview of who currently has access, with role and activity status

• Optional: Filter or mark inactive accounts

Example scenario:

A project administrator wants to remove former employees from the system in order to release licenses and maintain an overview. Currently, this is only possible to a limited extent or not at all, which leads to unnecessary license retention.
