Fillable PDF reports

As a docu tools user, I would like to be able to upload fillable PDF forms and complete, sign and store them directly in the system (including mobile),

so that I can record standardized reports such as daily construction reports or construction meeting minutes digitally and independently of pins or tasks.

Requirements

• The PDF does not have to be linked to pins or tasks (can be used project-wide).

• The PDF file is prepared externally (incl. fillable fields, formulas, checkboxes, etc.).

• After uploading, the PDF file can be filled out, signed and saved in docu tools.

• Optionally, project placeholders (weather, date, project name, etc.) can be filled in automatically.

• Possibility to add photos as attachments to the report.

• Mobile use must also be possible.
