Reduce or hide media icons in the report

As a user, I would like to be able to reduce or hide the additional symbols for documents, audio recordings etc. in the report (e.g. at the {{pin-media}} placeholder), as they only take up space and make the report unnecessarily confusing.

The media themselves are already sufficiently recognizable via the title and description. A leaner presentation - optionally without symbols - would improve the reading flow and reduce the page length of the reports.
