Manage plans more efficiently: collective improvements for exporting, moving, overview, and project copying

In our day-to-day work with larger projects, we currently encounter several issues in plan management that we would like to see further developed in order to manage projects more efficiently and clearly:

1. Bulk export of plans
   Currently, plans can only be exported individually. This is particularly time-consuming for large projects with many plans. A collective export (e.g., multiple selection or "export all") would significantly speed up the work and reduce administrative effort.

2. Moving plans across projects
   Currently, plans can apparently only be moved to the main folder.

   It would be helpful to be able to move plans flexibly to any project.

   This would make structuring and subsequent project organization much easier.

3. Clear visual separation of overview plan and plan section
   The overview plan currently fits into the plan section without a frame, which can lead to confusion. A clearly recognizable visual distinction (e.g., a frame or a clearer differentiation) would improve orientation and avoid misunderstandings.

4. Optional copying of plans when copying a project
   When copying a project, the associated plans are currently not transferred.

   An optional setting ("Copy plans") would save time and avoid redundant work, especially for recurring project types. These points would make plan management more flexible, efficient, and user-friendly overall—especially in more complex project structures.
