Mass export of plans

Description of the request:

At the end of a project or for archiving purposes, users would like to be able to export several or all plans at the same time. Currently, this is only possible individually per plan, which is very time-consuming for larger projects with many plans.

Example scenario:

A project administrator would like to export all plans with pins and tasks as a PDF or in another format after the project has been completed in order to hand them over to the client or archive them internally.

Desired function:

• Selection of several plans via checkbox or area marking

• Export as a collective PDF or structured ZIP folder

• Optionally with metadata, plan structure and report content

Added value:

• Great time savings on project completion

• Better archiving and handover processes

• Avoidance of manual errors thanks to consolidated export
