Highlight plan section more clearly in the report

As a user, I would like the map section in the report to be more clearly delineated from the rest of the content in order to improve orientation on the map.

Currently, the map section is often visually lost. A stronger, high-contrast frame would help to clearly identify the displayed area and improve readability, especially for complex plans.
