Empty pin fields are not included in the report

Dear Sirs,

Is it possible to select a placeholder for a field, and will the report
included in the report only if a field value has been entered?

Example:
We have projects where we record the weather in the construction log, and projects where we don’t need to record the weather.
I created the field in the BC Riem project under “Construction Log.”
I now have a report template in which I’ve entered “pf-wetter-title-value.”
However, I want the field title to be included only if the field actually exists in the project. In the attachment, I have a report from Elsenheimer Straße; the “Weather” field does not exist there, so the field title should not be displayed in the construction log for this project.
I also tried using “all-pf,” but I’m getting a message saying this isn’t allowed in this row.
