IF Placeholder for all pin fields

As a user, I would like to be able to display PIN fields (field title, field value, etc.) in the report only if the field actually contains a value. Otherwise, the entire PIN field should not be displayed.

Example: Construction Management Staffing Levels
Entry in PIN:
“Company A” 2
“Company B”
“Company C” 0
“Company D” 5

Output in the report
“Company A” 2
“Company C” 0
“Company D” 5
