Inviting new users: make a clear distinction between internal and external

As a user, I would like to better understand when inviting new people whether I am inviting them internally (with a license) or externally (without a license) - and what impact this has on license management.

Currently, the difference between inviting someone to a project and central license management is not very transparent. Many invite new users directly in the project, which automatically creates separate organizations and the users do not appear in the central license management. This leads to confusion and increased service costs.

Suggestion: When inviting new users, a specific query should appear asking whether the person should be added internally (subject to a license) or externally (without a license). This will make the invitation process clearer and the central license management clearer.
