Share reports directly from the platform

Current Situation:
Currently, a generated report can only be shared in two ways: as a PDF download or as a downloadable link—both of which require an external channel (e.g., email, WhatsApp). For teams that want to map their workflows entirely within docu tools, this represents a disruption in the process.

Desired Feature:
Reports should be able to be sent or made visible to other users (including subcontractors and other non-admin roles) directly from within the platform—without having to go through a download and an external channel.

Additional confirmed requirement:
A confirmation of sending, receipt, and reading/opening (similar to delivery and read receipts in email) is considered necessary, particularly to provide proof to subcontractors (e.g., “Report was sent on time and opened by the subcontractor”).

Important limitation (from a product perspective):
A general setting of “all reports visible to all non-admin roles” is not feasible, as role-based visibility in docu tools is intentionally strict (e.g., subcontractors may only view their own PIDs/defects, not those of other trades). A blanket report visibility setting would undermine this separation.

Possible solutions:

1. Direct sending from the platform: When creating a report, it can be sent directly to selected users, including a history (who sent which report to whom and when, and when it was opened/received).

2. Selective visibility of individual reports: When creating a report, the administrator can specifically grant access to individual users who are allowed to view that particular report in their report list—without granting blanket access to all reports.
