As a user, I would like to see an and option for the tag (keyword) filters. Example: Pin 1: Tag Red Pin 2 Tag Yellow Pin 3 Tag Yellow and Tag Red Current result: when filtering by tag yellow and red --> 3 pins Desired result -> 1 pin with yellow and red
