Form teams independently of user roles

As a user, I would like to be able to group team members with different roles (e.g. admins, assistants, subcontractors) into a common team - regardless of their user role - in order to be able to inform and address them together according to common characteristics (e.g. trade).

Currently, this is only possible if everyone has the same role. Optionally, users with higher rights within the team could be limited to the lowest role represented in the team to ensure equal visibility and authorizations.
