Allow subcontractors access to all plans in the project

As a project administrator, I would like to give my subcontractors access to all plans within a project without having to share them separately via other tools such as Dropbox. Currently, subcontractors can only see the plans that are directly linked to their tasks. As a result, I often have to create artificial tasks just so they can see certain plans.

It would be much easier and more efficient if I could give subcontractors direct authorization to view all plans in the project. That way, they would always have access to the latest plans and could work independently. At the same time, this would promote the use of docu tools, as subcontractors would receive all important information centrally via the platform.

This feature would reduce the effort required for plan approval, avoid unnecessary detours and make collaboration with subcontractors noticeably easier - especially for projects with many participants and frequent plan changes.
