'- Confirmation of subcontractors - Released notifications Tasks

Dear Sirs,

We now have new subcontractors who will be working with Docu Tools.

Here are some questions about the feedback:

• The subcontractor would like to create a report on our task, he should only see the task content and not the pin content. Which report should he choose here? Unfortunately, the templates that the subcontractor accesses do not include the datasets, so he does not have the room numbers, is it possible for our subcontractors to access templates that I have created?

• Is there a possibility for subcontractors to confirm the time release directly via pdf, possibly via link or QR code?

• Is it possible for subcontractors to send us messages via documentation tools? For example, the insulation is missing here.
