Set plan transparency as an option

When working with complex, color-intensive plans on a daily basis, it can be difficult to see the pins clearly because the plan itself is so visually dominant.

It would be helpful if the transparency of the plan could be adjusted to push it slightly into the background and make the pins stand out more. A simple setting, such as a slider, would suffice here and significantly improve the overview.
