New filter - changed from

I would like to have a filter function for pins/tasks where I can filter who has changed a pin/task. Multiple selection should also be possible.

It is also important that the creation of a task/pin does not count as a "change", as I would like to use this filter to explicitly filter who has changed something existing and not who has created it.
