Add notes and comments via bulk editing

As a user, I would like to be able to add a note to several pins at the same time and a comment to several tasks at the same time via mass editing.

This is particularly helpful if, for example, I want to mark several pins with the same facts - e.g. with the note "preliminary work not yet completed" - or if I want to add the same comment to several tasks without having to edit each entry individually.

This allows recurring information to be documented efficiently and consistently.
