iPad: Active switching between offline and online work

It is currently not possible to actively switch between offline and online mode. This means that as soon as you have made an active plan available offline, only the pins available offline are displayed under the "Pins" or "Groups" menu.

I can then no longer switch to a view in which the remaining pins are also displayed. To change this, I would have to remove all plans from synchronization again. It is also possible that the corresponding use case is simply too well hidden in the app. In any case, I can't find an option under "Filter" that would allow me to show the other pins.

If this also means that all the data has to be downloaded again every time I switch, this means enormous data consumption. I can still see the remaining pins under the "Plans" menu item - but not under "Pins".
