Plans with lots of pins and photos overwhelm mobile devices.

Description of the problem:

In the current version of docu tools, the photo quality can only be adjusted individually by each user in the personal settings. Centralized control or specification by administrators - especially for subcontractors - is currently not possible.

Impact in practice:

In large projects with many participants, this regularly leads to inconsistent photo quality, which in turn leads to very large amounts of data and subsequently to performance problems - for example, when opening plans, synchronizing on mobile devices or creating reports.

Customer example (GSWB - project "742 Lanserhofwiese BA2"):

After completion of tasks by the general contractor, there were so many high-resolution images in the system that synchronization was hardly possible. At the same time, the project could not yet be set to inactive, as customer walkthroughs were pending. It was not possible to preset the photo quality.
