Smoother workflow in the Pin project—make project data available offline for faster use cases

Currently, it often takes a relatively long time to change or add categories, datasets, or similar items.

Is this data not available offline, or why does the program always take so long to load, or keep freezing when scrolling down during dataset selection?

Smoother program performance would be highly desirable.
