Filter option for datasets on the iPad

As a user, I would also like to be able to filter pins by dataset in the iPad app - both online and offline.

The filter function by dataset is available in the web app, but is currently missing on the iPad. In order to be able to work efficiently on the move, it should be possible to filter by specific datasets consistently on all platforms.
