Extension of rights for the "Assistant" role

Problem:

Currently, users with the Assistant role cannot edit or close pins created by other users. This significantly restricts the use of this role.

👉 As a result, all users who are to work extensively with pins must currently be assigned the Administrator role - even if they do not require rights for plans, project settings or member administration.

Wish:

The Assistant role should be adapted so that it has the same rights as an administrator - apart from importing plans, changing project settings and inviting members. Specifically, this means:

- Assistants should be able to edit and close pins from other users.

- This would allow them to work more effectively on the organization and documentation of the project.

Benefit:

This allows me to invite all users who are not allowed to change general settings (plans, project settings, members, datasets) to a project as assistants. They then have all the necessary authorizations to work in the project like an administrator without being given unnecessary additional rights.
