Direct team assignment for new users

As a user, I would find it practical to be able to assign new users directly to a team when they are invited - even before the account has been confirmed.

Currently, new accounts are initially "empty", which often leads to confusion for the people invited. A direct team assignment would make getting started clearer and more structured.
