Better "empty states" (empty views) for subcontractors

Subcontractors are often confused when there are no open tasks. The message "no plans available" or "no filter results" is irritating. A more positive formulation such as "Congratulations, you currently have no open tasks!" would be useful. It would also be helpful to see directly in the project list which projects still have open tasks.
