Improvement of task creation on mobile devices

As part of a comprehensive overhaul of the mobile applications, task creation on smartphones and tablets is being modernized, functionally expanded and adapted to current design and interaction standards. The aim is to create a consistent user interface on all devices and significantly increase efficiency and user-friendliness when working with tasks.

The revision includes an optimized input of reminders and repetitions, an improved task preview in the pin detail view (including display of the pin number) and a more legible display. In future, the task description can be entered directly and without additional intermediate steps, supported by intelligent suggestions from previously used descriptions.

It will also be possible to add comments and media while the task is being created, eliminating the need for subsequent editing steps. The display and handling of comments and media will also be improved. The revision is complemented by optimized error handling and warnings when the creation process is aborted to prevent data loss.

These improvements are aimed at making the creation and management of tasks on mobile devices faster, clearer and more stable overall.
