Changes to filters for task assignment

As a user, I would like to see certain filter parameters for "assigned to" and "none" work differently. Currently, you can't exclude pins that still have tasks assigned to another person from the search results, even though they shouldn't appear based on the filter criteria (none assigned to "Team XYZ").
